When we decided to list our house with Matt, we had no idea of the amount of hard work he would give us. Within 3 days of listing our house with Matt, we had 2 open houses set for the next Saturday and Sunday. He set out a dozen OPEN HOUSE signs with flags on them for each open house sign. Love the flags on the open house signs. He came over prior to our open houses offering any help we could use to help us out. It was greatly appreciated. Next thing we knew he walked in with a bucket, sponge, and window cleaner and cleaned everyone of our windows, INSIDE AND OUT....and we have a total of 19 windows!!! He comes across as confident and knowlegeable in his field. We never had a 2nd thought about him once we started working with him. We had 6 offers by the end of our open houses, and 3 of them came of his greatly located signs. Escrow began and he did not falter. He was in touch with us daily thru the close of escrow and still kept in contact with us regarding any questions or followups we need to be aware of. You can tell he really enjoys what he is doing and that he truly cares. We highly recommend Matt to any and everyone for his wonderful services.
